GCCSAT supplies and activates satellite phones on three major networks: Iridium (global coverage including poles), Thuraya (MENA, Africa, Europe, Asia), and Inmarsat BGAN (global, data-capable). We also supply portable BGAN terminals for remote internet as well as voice.

Iridium provides truly global coverage including polar regions via 66 LEO satellites. Thuraya uses GEO satellites covering MENA, Africa, Europe, and Asia — a larger coverage area than terrestrial mobile in many markets, but excluding polar regions and the Americas.

Yes, at limited speeds. Iridium 9575 supports 2.4 kbps data. Thuraya XT-PRO and X5-Touch support 2G-equivalent data. For higher-bandwidth remote data, GCCSAT recommends BGAN satellite terminals (up to 700 kbps) or a VSAT solution.
